Default Size of 66 brake lines for manual drum brakes

I'm putting in a new dual master cylinder and need to know the size of the factory brake lines and which one goes in the forward portion of the master cylinder and which one goes to the rear (closest to the passenger compartment). This is a 66 LeMans with manual brakes and installing a 67 manual brake dual master cylinder.

My car is a 66 with factory power drums. The line from the Master Cylinder to the distribution valve on the frame measures .250 with my good caliper. The lines to the wheel cylinders are smaller, I assume 3/16. Hope that helps some.
