Default Big car body panels

1965/1966 fenders, hood, trunk lids. Doors would be nice but might cost to much because of low demands of reproduction in 1965 Pontiac was car of the year to get the parts reproduced for car enthusiast in the future You got to think ahead to get ahead!

Not sure if this has already been said but...the floorboard "heel/toe" section for firebirds from 1970-1981?

It seems most all of them rust at that particular section of the floorboard to firewall and there is nobody reproducing them to my knowledge.

Classic NOS Parts has the lens and the complete turn signal housing, but, I'm sure you wont like the price.

Default window knobs

I wish someone would make the 67 GTO window cranks with the Aqua (dark aqua?) knobs. Or, at least make the knobs in that color. They are all I need to finish the interior in my car.

Default 65 antenna

I wish they would take a good look at all the parts for all the models that they have at sometime reproduced different parts for I know pontiac is not being made so they need do revalue there efforts on parts that were being reproduced like 1960's antenna body and leads for all models full size mainly after certain year they were added in the windshield glass manufactures are doing there do diligence why can't we get these parts reproduced again 10 more years down the road all forgotten my reproduce it might be costly but it worth it in long haul for true pontiac person I BELIEVE!

Hi everyone. I am Jessie from south Alabama and to answer the question of repop parts I would really like to see front fenders for a 1965 GTO. I am sure the subject has been beat to death but what do you do? Currently restoring a 65 post coupe and have pretty much all the sheetmetal I need to complete except fenders. Yes there are a few very few good used ones out there but my god they are stupid expensive. One place wants $2250.00 plus shipping for a pair. I don't know about everyone else but to a common working guy like me that is crazy money. Just can;t do it my have to ride fenderless.

Molded plastic door panels for the 1998 to 2002 Firebirds. Made of a material that does crack like the originals.

Dagnabbit! I meant to say NOT crack. I am so peeved at my door panel I mistyped my response.

(Just in case you immediately went out and reproduced these panels, STOP! and use a better plastic recipe).

Glad I got that corrected in time before any real damage was done.

:-)

How about 66 tempest/lemans grills? I see the 67 ones are being made, I would think 66 would be just as popular. Almost every one I've seen has broken mounting tabs, or are warped.
Also, 66 tempest/lemans tail light bezels?

Thanks for all the great parts thus far!!

What about 66/67 A body ignition switches? I know there is a smaller market for just two year one body style, but nos switches are nearly non existant, and not everyone wants to have to use another key by using the 64/65 switch. Opgi lists a 66/67 pontiac A body switch but it comes with a lock cylinder so I don't know if your original cylinder would work.

PY sells the same exact thing... RPI772. We have a kit that comes with the ignition switch, 2 keys & inner locking ring. There is only one switch made... a 64-65, but you can't tell that from the outside of the switch; you have to look at the inside. The difference is the way the bottom of the cylinder fits into the switch. All 64-67 contacts have 6 prongs, AC cars have 7. Finding an AC switch is like hens teeth too... There are guys out there with these switches too... you just gotta find them... : GP Mike

The reason I asked about the ignition switch is because I still have the original GM keys and would like to continue to use them when my switch goes out.

How is your relationship with your turn signal switch vendor? Without any new tooling an complete electrical repair kit for the 65-66 B bodies could be done. You would have to reuse your existing base and bearing, but if you look at the big car parts wanted (just the 1st page) the demand is there.
