Default Cold case Radiator

Got one in and installed with the hood off since I'm swapping engines.
In the paperwork it says "Check for hood clearance"
The radiator cap sticks up quite a ways, looks like it'll be close but I still need the hood off while I finish up some other stuff.
Anyone put a CC radiator in a 68 Firebird and had any hood clearance issues?

Did mine last year. No problems with my 69 Firebird.
