Default Fuel Sending Unit???

For my '70 GP. Have new tank, but want to replace the sending unit also. Is it the same as other '70 "A" bodies? Availability?

Might help if you measure the length of your old sender.

Yup! We show the one for the '70 GTO/Lemans, but not for the GP. Tech line wasn't very helpful either.

Default Rockauto shows that same gas tank for GTO and Grand Prix in 1970.

Spectra #GM34D shows for both models WITHOUT EEC system.

That would indicate that the sender for the GTO should work for the Grand Prix.

And I'm pretty sure that they use the same circuitry/resistance on ALL GM senders.

Good luck!
