Looking for the 3 piece moulding that goes across the back of a 78 GP... that fits between the bumper and the body. Located one from a 77 from a guy in Texas. Does anyone know if it will fit my sons 78.
thanks

The '77 GP is a different body style from the downsized '78's. You need '78-80 GP rear bumper urethane filler, it has the thin crimped stainless bead. Have pulled & sold quite a few of these over the years, out of stock right now though. Most any good urethane pieces from the 70's are tough to find down here (OK, TX, NM). The sun & intense heat have combined to reek havoc on most of these on the daily drivers we find in yards. If you can find one down south, in order for it to be any good, it needs to have come off a daily garaged car. Best urethane seems to be up north on the rust buckets. Good luck on your search.
