Default Need part number - Transmission Mount

Anyone have the correct part number for the transmission mount for a 4 speed 69 GTO. I found 4 different numbers and wanted to verify.

I don't have my MPC in front of me, was the original mount the same regardless of transmission?

BTW, the factory literature refers to it not as a transmission mount but as the rear engine mount.
