Default 1970 gto doors

Hi all. I need a set of door skins for a 70 gto. I cannot find a place that sells them. Any input on a vendor to locate these would be appreciated. I am also not opposed to full replacement doors. Mine structures are fine,
And have been blasted but boy the outer skins took a beating. I would also buy oem doors from someone as well if anybody has some that i can drive and pick up. Also 70 doors are one year only fitment? Is this true? Thanks

70-72 doors are the same. Only difference is the placement of the side mirror . The 70 door is one year Only as the 71 and 72 doors the moved the mirror location towards the back a few inches. You'll have to find a oem or patch the holes on a 71,72 door and make new holes for a 70 look.

No one makes skins or reproduction doors that I am aware of.

Years ago someone used to list lower door patches. I think the reviews were bad fitment. OEM doors do pop up, just need to be local to you.

In 1970, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued Federal motor Vehicle Safety Standard 214, which incorporated the static test and required all passenger cars to achieve certain minimum scores on the test, effective January 1, 1973. Beams were installed in all makes and models of cars sold in the United States since the effective date; beams were installed in many models up to 4 years before the effective date.

However, my 69 LeMans has them in the doors. Ironically the first year for a VW Beetle to have them is 1965.
