Default 1999 30th Annv. TA value

I'm at a point where i need to get an idea of the value of my 30th. It has 3,650 for miles still have the plastic on the floors and the cd changer is still in plastic - never installed. Auto and no traction control. Still smells new when I get in it.

Not one thing wrong with it. Well maintained.

Thanks,

Jim

If you search the internet you should be able to find what comparable vehicles are going for. Things like convertible and manual transmission will be in demand. Outside of listing it with one of the major auction houses to get top dollar. But not to sound like a smart ass. It's only worth what anybody wants to pay for it.

Don't know if you are on Facebook or not, but there is a 30th anniversary group out there. They have had multiple posts about values. I asked about mine, 6-speed T-top with 20k miles. No accidents or repaints. About 27k is what I was told. Yours with that low of miles should be a 30K car or better, even with the automatic IMO.

Don't know if your thought is to sell or not, but every time I drive mine, I am reminded why I love it so much and will never sell it.

I started checking that Facebook group. It doesn’t seem to have a ton of traffic. I’m casually looking for a 30th hardtop/t-top car and I’m struggling a bit finding one that isn’t overpriced. Must be a 6 speed. Mileage doesn’t really matter as I plan to drive it, but anything in the 30,000 miles to 60,000 miles range would be ideal.

Any suggestions of where else to look? I did find a Comp TA for a great price but I like the 30th TA’s more.

I would watch the Facebook group and marketplace. You can also do an internet search on 30th anniversary Trans Am for sale.

The value of the 30th anniversary cars has certainly gone up since the OP asked his question. All fourth gens have increased in value with original, low mileage cars bringing the most.
