Default "Easy Off" oven cleaner removes interior paint!

While searching for a way to remove paint from plastic surfaces, a model car website advocated Easy Off oven cleaner. Just tried it, and it works fantastic. Sprayed it on a kick panel, let it sit for a couple minutes, and wiped it off with a rag, with no damage to the plastic. It was like peeling a banana. Someone had painted my interior panels gray when the car was blue at one time. It's back in the original Keylime Green, and the dark green under neath the gray was almost like new. I think the reason it really came off easy was that the surface prep was not so good. It may be a different story if you're trying to remove paint that was decently applied.

Its also very good at removing gunk and build-up from the underside of cars, etc.
