$100 Lesson Learned
Right now I'm painting an SRT10 hood and Dodge Daytona ground effects for my Ram. I shot the running boards and hood scoop insert with the black base coat the other day and they looked great. Well...until I went back to look at them after a while. The paint wrinkled on me. I thought it was from the "prep all" not drying, but when I talked to the paint guy he said it was from not letting the primer dry enough before I shot another coat.
So I had to sand and reshoot which cost more money for pain and clear. I know that its not Pontiac related, but I wanted to let everyone know. I'll be paying more attention to the flash times now I'll see if I can get some pics posted soon. Other than shooting epoxy on my goat, this is the first time painting for me. Jeff

I reshot the base yesterday and cleared them today. They turned out good this time. I can't wait to be done with this little project.
