Default "Ram Air" Call out color?

Just curious who or what determined the color of the Ram Air call outs that are applied to the snorkels on a formula hood. Specifically on Lucerne Blue paint, would the decals be white or black? Thanks.

Should be white letters. Here is the chart from '71 for the decals

i have the colourcode LL to me it looks lightgreenmetalic?
did every ramair cars have the decal on the side of the "snorkels"?
1973 formula.
