Aw man!!! I would have taken that hood! I need a flat hood for my '67 to cut for my blower. I'm not going to cut up an original gto hood.

I've got a bench seat from a 67 Tempest wagon I'd let go if somebody needs one.

I'll take the chrome diff cover off of your hands! PM me with info.

I'll look through my spare parts boxes that came with my GTO and see what I've got to give away to help out some members

Ponjohn,
How different is a hardtop xmember from a convertible? I have a ragtop and I could use a better one than I have as mine's been welded... If it will fit I could probably pick it up depending where you are in CT...

71...I'll take the floor mats. They'll be perfect for my carpet-less wagon.

The difference is on a convertible frame the crossmember attaches to the frame higher up because of it being boxed.<see link> The un boxed frame has the crossmember mounted to the lower rail. If a standard crossmember is used in a convertible it will raise the transmission up about 2 inches causing it to hit the floor.

hope this isn't too far off the idea here, but I got a '69 sbc 4-bolt 350 long block (needs bore/rebuild) if someone has a good set of alum vortec heads to trade. don't have to be aftermarket, just aluminum and take the higher lift. easier than trying to sell, in ocala fl, rare corvette/Z28 castin, block vin alleged impala, 300-370hp stock rating
