Default Window spring assembly?

I had to take apart the assist spring and bearing on my door window crank. Does it just go back together easily or is there preload tension either way?

Usually there is tension on the spring in the "down" position.

Yes, on the big spring. But what about the little spring in the crank bearing assembly?
