Pics needed for correct 01D 69 Fremont Bumper Jack

I've read through a bunch of earlier threads and am still not sure about what the jack for my 01D '69 Fremont Judge should look like. Anybody able to post some detailed pics of a confirmed original Fremont bumper jack for a January '69 GTO, LeMans or Tempest?

From what I gather, the California plants used a different supplier than the other assembly plants. Apparently they were also painted black vs blue.

Any help would be appreciated.
