I commented in another thread about this. Mine was warped as well but installed fine. It will have some gaps though once in the shroud. I kept mine as it fit OK. They will accept a return though.
Seems to be a known issue. |

How bad are they warped? And is the upper and lower hose mount size the same as the Harrison radiators for 65 thru 67 A-bodies?

Mine was warped about 1/2-3/4". Don't know about those years for the radiator hose size but for mine (1970 GTO) they were correct.

My upper hose size was/is to small. I have to double clamp the upper hose to the radiator.

Did you have an issue with the transmission cooler lines? I have the standard 5/16" line but it does not fit into the transmission cooler end. I sent an email to Cold Case but have no idea what size they used or what adapter I will need.

my stock trans lines were not a problem.

The trans line fittings were supplied for early production 2015-2016 radiators.
We have since gone away from supplying the adapters. That's why some are fine and some need adapters. |
