Strange that the cover is double stamped. I found the number in the June 1977 Firebird MPC

I just needed to look in the right place in my
Rockin Chester Delco book
7027198=
400 428. Std transmission
Bottom line in picture

7027197. Looks to be automatic
1978 receipt

Looking down on the choke cover it’s unique for 67 4 barrel as the slot for the rod is on fire wall side than the 6869 and 70 covers on the radiator side it happens to be on the same side as the 68 to 7o 2 barrel carb choke coils
And. Has its own unique rod unlike 68-71
