Default Adding latch to bucket seats

I've had a set of 66 buckets in my car for many years (original bench seat car) and I'd like to add the latch to them. I've only found the buttons, what does it entail to convert these?

you will need to tear the seats down to the frames
and do some welding
you will need donor 67 68 frames for the hinges and rear back s
best to start with another pair o 66 67 seats and sell yours...

Thanks Scott,

Yes was planning to disassemble completely this winter, powder coat frames and new everything.

I've been searching other forums too, given the fact the 66 frames and tracks are one year only maybe I should look for a set of 67s as you mentioned.

Unless you're looking to add 66/67 headrests, 68 seats would work. They still used the side release, but went to plastic seatback/side covers. The metal ones you already have should interchange, just need to install holes for the button.
