Default clutch pedal return spring

1967 GTO
My Z bar does not have a hole for the return spring. I've ordered the spring but I don't know where to drill the hole in the Z bar and where does it hook to on the frame? Pictures would help, thank you

Here's a 1967 off the car, showing the holes in the Z bar.

The small spring goes to the clutch fork holding it in place with the adjusting rod/swivel mechanism. The large spring goes to a hole 'punched' into the firewall (torque box) as pictured in Jeff's photo. I say punched because it doesn't seem to be drilled from the factory. I will try to get a photo of the torque box hole if needed.

Great photos, Thanks
How far up the arm from the shaft is the hole? Looks to be about 2" is that correct?

No, it is exactly 4" (on center) from the center of the large clutch rod hole to the center of the return spring hole.
