Default 1972 STRIKE CAR YOUTUBE

I had trouble following the bouncing ball here, but 3.73, 4-speed with AC had me shaking my head. Anybody know the car?

That was utterly painful in every way.

Well that was umm well - entertaining?
Found myself skipping forward once he started with it might have a 1971 engine in it because of the early build date. Love his reasoning of
nobody could have put it in there because people only put in later engines as replacements.
(but if you want it correct - you can also buy the crazy fast "noonsi" race engine for it that caused a guy to flip the car first time out.)

I feel bad for Dennis. He had to live through that whole experience. I got to stop it after a few minutes.

Gotta remember J, Everything's bigger in TEXAS.... that includes the TALL tales!

Having read a dozen or so glowing comments after this YouTube episode, can tell there are a bunch of ignorant Youtubers out there in respect, to amongst other things, how '72 455HO F-bodys were built. Product of their generation, I suppose.

The guy Thomas got the SR engine from went to high school with Nunzi...

Hmmm, Nunzi was 18 years old when he came to America in 1958 and went right to work!

"Nunzi" Crank.. that had me about to puke.
Nunzi never built cranks, nor commissioned them.
The seller is one of those guys who just has to get into a story, then blow it all up.
It was hard to watch..

This guy never realized that even though the “colonel sanders “ guy was the jeff, he was always the mutt. I just rolled my eyes when he took himself seriously and started a show. Should have called it “losers garage “ or “From rags to rags full of snot”.
“So ya ever heard of an SR engine? It’s when, hey, and the cowl has one of those flapping thingys….. wtf??

15K likes on The Tube. Here's a representative comment:

"These guys knowledge on cars is so freaking incredible I love hearing them talk all day."

My grandfather had a saying that "Bull**** baffles brains". Though I am no expert, 5 minutes of this video and I'm pretty sure it applies here. IMHO a lot of these "experts" and reality tv people are the same. Sound like you know what you're talking about, talk fast and never admit you're wrong.
