Default Judge Convertible Value ?

Ok, after all the big sales at Mecum, of coarse the $1.1 million OO....
I'm wondering what has that done to prices? I know the OO car was a RA IV, but does that also raise the value of the RA III convertibles?
Since I have been out of the loop for a while, what do you think is the value of a concourse
RA III convertible ? It may be time to sell. Thanks

Conversely, is the sale of the RAIV on BAT a reminder that 3-ring circuses have many outliers that don't determine the market?

Default GTO Judge convertible value

I have to believe that a 1970 GTO Judge convertible RAIII A/T car in restored condition would carry a value in the neighborhood of this recent sale.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1970-pontiac-gto-54/

$231,000

I forgot about BAT. I thought that was more for foreign stuff, but looks like that one did pretty good.

There is an Atoll Blue , Blue Interior , White Top
All #s , RamAir3 , 4spd , AC , frame off
Going up for sale this weekend at Glendale AZ - Mecum Auction

Think they are forecasting 225 - 250'ish

I have never seen it in person. Just relaying the news

VIN on block does not match VIN tag or other documentation. Restamped block or mistake at factory?

I noticed that discrepancy in the numbers and wonder if there may be a problem with the title for the car. I mentioned the difference to a well known GTOAA show judge and he downplayed it completely as though it was no big deal. I didn't get to mention or ask about his feelings toward the other non original accessories on the car. I guess in the big picture, the car is a real, documented, Orbit Orange 1970 GTO Judge Convertible that will be an amazing car for somebody to own, and be the next caretaker of.

Worth at least $231,000.00 as-is

That seems to be the range that folks I am talking to are saying. A really nice concours car, that is well optioned should be 250 to 260.

I looked it up, lot#S125 Sold for $264,000. So maybe concours condition JVerts are still headed up in value.

What do you think?

I think you are right Wase .
The best color combo 4spd cars in concours shape should always do real well.
Automatics also with the right colors.

Haven't seen a 69 JVert up for sale in a while.
