Can someone identify or decipher this vin number for me24267op278013

The "P" is for made at Pontiac plant
The 278013 is the sequential number

With that VIN you can get a PHS on it which will tell you what the car is originally and what options it came with.

Discussion was cleaned up to remove a bunch of extraneous and argumentative posts. Yes, we know you only have to say VIN but it's not worth getting bent out of shape about it.
