Default Wheel bearing seal direction

I'm installing a Wilwood front brake kit, and forgot which direction the axle bearing seal should go. No instructions regarding this are in the kit or online. I'm thinking the lip on the seal should be pointing toward the bearing, but I'm working with someone who's convinced it should go the other way. Hoping someone with more experience can help settle this so we can finish up.

Im 99% that the spring side should always be on the wet end.
