"The GM at my work took one of the salemen out for a spin in a newly acquired Vette. Did not even make it 1 mile from the dealership.

Salesman ended up with multiple fractures of both legs. If the car had hit the light pole 1 foot further back, he would be dead."

Former General Manager.

Although, at most of the dealerships I worked at in the 80's .... the GM would not lose his job, and the passenger would have been the owner, and they would have been doing blow off the dashboard.

Yes, this was one topic for discussion yesterday during my ride as a passenger to/from 70 mile business lunch seminar with accountant friend in his '09 Z06...said his also get's interesting wo the nanny assists on...leaves his on in sport mode.

The story continues....

"Minor update. Car was impounded by police and is now at inspection station. Going to download "black box" to get vehicle data at point of impact. New picture from different angle really shows how ****ed up this car is. Again, passenger is lucky to only have broken legs."
