I just noticed that Rodneys license plate is almost exactly like mine too..

it looks like his is Cal plate LITLGTO

Still no news I've been keeping an eye on e-bay and some other forums... thank you for the tips! Also, correction Rodney is actually the second owner, he bought it in 1980 from the original owner... which just about 10 years longer than I've known him, my bad on that assumption. Please keep an eye out for this is car is his baby. Thanks again for the help.
