I purchased new rear cargo springs from Moog and has brought the car up to high which I don't like the look. The stock springs I took out measured 13" high but they seemed they where falling out so I changed them. What is the correct height to use for a stock GTO 4 speed with no air?

Also this may be a dumb question but does a 400 engine stock need a PVC valve? It seems I been trying to hook up my dual snorkel air cleaner and nothing seems to fit right. would anyone have a few pictures that I can look at including running the vacuum hoses to the cleaner? Maybe missing a bracket or part of some king.
