Default Cruisin' OC- who's going and what day(s)?

I intend to go this year barring any unforeseen circumstances. Plan to be there early afternoon on Friday, 5/16...

I'm surprised the lack of responses. But, I'll be there. But, I'm cheating. I live here.

Do you plan to drive in all 4 days?

>Do you plan to drive in all 4 days?<

I wish! I feel lucky that I’ll be able to get there on Friday, sometime between 5-9 pm. I’ll spend most of my time there running with the pubic nuisance crowd. So I’ll shout when I get there and see how things unfold.

Locals: I saw something about e-free gas in the region. I read that it’s available in Cambridge. If so, I’ll roll into Cambridge on fumes and pack the tank while there. (Are you taking notes?) I also read something about it being available in Berlin, but you know how it goes when reading about it on the internet. If there is e-free gas in the area, where are these stations?

I suspect I'll be driving the town most of the days. And I'll park in the inlet lot atleast one day (so I can walk around looking at OTHER people's cars!). My wife wants me to take off work on Friday, so we can drive around before it gets too crowded. I haven't decided yet.

For the ethanol-free fuel... Wainwright's Auto Center, directly in the center of "downtown" Berlin, has ethanol free 93 octane super. I put some in on Saturday... I think it was $4.60 per gallon. There's also Cropper Oil on Rt 50, also in Berlin. They have mid-grade 89 octane ethanol-free. I seem to remember that the Shell station associated with Trader Lee's in West Ocean City (corner of Rt 50 and Rt 611) also advertises as having ethanol-free 89 octane.

Just looked at the weather forecast- looks like rain Thursday and heavy rain Friday...May head there early Saturday and return early Sunday. With a 2.5-3 hr drive, this really cuts into the time vs. benefit of the trip...

I plan on getting there Thursday; now looks like Friday is the only wash out day.
Look for the twin 69 T/A's , real coupe & tribute convertible.
Both of last year's cruises were hampered by rain.

Hey Gang,
A bunch of us Pontiac guys are meeting up at Harpoon Hanna's Delaware 54, Fenwick Island, DE 19944 Thursday at 4:00 pm. Bill and I (Steve) will be driving a red 65 GTO and a 70 GTO gold convertible. Hope to see you there. Lets hope it does not rain all day on Friday.

I wish the Pontiac gang would find a nice place "in town". Harpoon Hanna's seems like you're leaving the "action" of the cruise-in. I'd like to see Adolfo's Restaurant (in the Phillips Beach Plaza Hotel, 14th Street) become the new Pontiac meeting place.

Merv and I drove the circuit several times last night. It was my first time there with my Bird and I had a great time. Saw a few nice Birds too! Mine is the green one and Merv's the orange...
We met Paulie (from Jersey) at the Wawa, he owns the blue one
