I've got a 69 Grand Prix listed in the big car thread. It still wears it's shiny original paint and vinyl top and Rally II wheels, but does have some rust typical to cars that survived this long in the Midwest. The interior is near perfect and the original drivetrain runs strong. It has always been garaged. If I had more room,it would be a keeper! 54k miles and truly came from and older gentlemen who had passed it down to his daughter.

Judgeman70, what kind of price range are you in? Let's say someone had a '70 Judge 4-spd, R/A III, numbers-matching "survivor-type" car with new seat covers & one re-paint(done in the 80's)??

I am interested in the right car with good colors, OK with a repaint but do not want some pieced together former rust bucket. Willing to pay current market value for the right car whatever that might be. I am finding out there are not many good cars left or maybe nobody is selling the good ones.

My Formula is still available. I had it at the Cruizen Tigers show ( Indian Uprising ) In early August this year,. If you were there you would have seen it and could have talked to me about it. I will have it at the Gus's cruize In next weekend ( Sept. 10th ) in East Troy,WI. Some of the other Illinois Pontiac guy's are driving up for the day.Maybe I'll see you there. PM me if you have any interest.

Mine was originally Mint Turquoise(rarest color), now is black, done in the 80's, NEVER a rust bucket, 74k original miles...

I'd take the black Judge over a green, non judge any day.

I don't know if this would meet your requirements but I have a very nice 69 mayfair maze
Judge. Everyones definition of a survivor is different. I wouldn't call this a survivor because it has been painted, but it is a nice two owner rust free car. RA III 4 speed. Let me know if you are interested.

I also have a Judge convertible. It was a true 50,000 mile survivor with original paint when I got it, but it has had a full frame off resto and is a concours gold winner.

No it was not. The Johnny Carson car was a blue 1970 455 H.O. automatic I believe.
