Default Pushrod length new Comp Hydraulic rollers?

Helping a buddy put together a 455 with #614s (yes a big dish piston). He has the new Comp "cartridge" HRs . Was wondering if anyt of you all have used them and what ballpark pushrod length you are using to get us close during mock up. I have multiple length adjust pushrods to check with and light springs.

We ended up 8.750 on both. even though what ever exhaust valves the machinist put in were about 0.100 longer then the stock RAIV tuliped valves

That's about exactly what I ended up with a set of Johnsons.
