Default 1970 formula ? part ID help please

I just got my hands on a parts lot from a guy who has had a 70 4 speed Formula in the past, lots of 70 only parts in that lot, and with it came that bracket which I have no clue what it is, being more of a first gen guy.

If someone could help me identify it, that would be very cool.

haven't seen any numbers, but will blast it in the coming days to make sure. Could even be entirely non-related to Pontiac....

I would post this in Lobby. MY guess is it belongs to a Pontiac OHC-6.
CammerJeff would know if he sees it. Could be someone needs it too.
