Cleveland chop shop caught
Just on net Rocky River Police investigation into chop shop in Cleveland. Video shows 70 GTO being stolen from garage. After police discover where the car went it was chopped up. Anothet Chevy in video wasnt chopped yet when police found it.Police say be careful buying parts online. They are watching.
