What did you have to do to get it to upload the picture? It might help others that experience the same problem.

There is a band across the bottom of the page, and in one spot it says "Protected Mode On". I double clicked on it and turned off the Protected mode, closed all IE windows and came back onto the site. After I posted the pictures I turned the Protected Mode back on.
