Default Restoration Parts Source

I ordered parts from RPS and heard nothing for more than a week. No confirmation, no nothing. When I called, they said they had three people with the same name in their system. Really? Between addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order numbers, they couldn't figure this out?

They told me my parts were going to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Fine. I received a confirmation with a new order number.

Now another week has gone by and not a word from RPS or the manufacturer.

I would do some research before placing orders to make sure you are dealing with a reputable company…
