Default 64 Hood Arrow Emblem

Need someone to refresh my memory, how does one secure the hood emblem on the front of 64 Hood? I know it uses one retainer nut, but not sure on the other one as the hood striker pin holder is in the way. Have 2 spare hoods but both are missing this emblem. I do have a new repo, but it comes with 2 tin nuts, is this correct? That is what Ames show's with the Emblem. How does one get a tin nut on the one under the striker pin Holder.

Thanks in Advance.

Rick

One nut.

Possible to use a press in clip over the second pin I would think.
