Kudos to KRE for taking the time, money and effort to make a head like this for our long dead engine. Lots of effort going on with this. Its very coll IMO.
I hope this all goes well and they don't have problems with the giant ex rocker.
Now KRE, lets see your billet RAV head on a running race engine !

The smoke probably came from the engagement system that drags the engine down.

Crocie jr runs rockers that long on a 518 cid Boss 429 based engine in a drag boat. 8600 RPM no prob. I'll see if he can post some pix.

That would be my concern too. Not sure how much power his dyno can handle but it seems foolish to push its limits. Put it in a chassis and take it to the track!

While true. Remember that hub dynos just like engine dynos do come in different sizes / capacities.

As friend of mine does some high end work for teams with larger budgets than some. They prefer a hub Dyno for whole car information. One guys car makes just shy of 4000 at the wheels.
