Here are some pictures of my '64 GP project. Went to my engine builder today - ouch! The engine that is in there (not for too long) is 7 cyl 350.

Default one more of my 65..

One more of my '65 bonnie. I love this angle because it reminds me of the motor trend shot of the bonneville in the '65 car of the year issue. Sadly rich's pontiac server is down (for how long it's been down i dont know..) which used to have an online version of the article.

Anyways the pic is sorta hazy because I took it from inside my house and thus through the window.

Enjoy! - it's one of the few pics i have of the car with the top up! Love these cars with all windows rolled down and top up. Very sleek and clean.

ah yes the great poncho pio place! I don't know how to upload to the reference pictures section but it'd be nice.

Are you in that little group pitts? One of their members - robert hines of Illinois- helped me in trying to find a car back when I was still hunting down the '65 bonneville. He was incredibly nice and helpful and even sent a copy of his phs docs just to show me what i'd get and what to look for. I've lost touch with him in the last year. If you are a member of the club or know them well, have you been in touch with Rob? Just a shot in the dark,
mike

Carl A,

I guess it's closest to Tri-Fawn. That's what I'm going to put in it when I get to that point. It's actually trim code 259, with the tri-colored fawn, beige, brownish colored cloth. I'm going to move up to the tri-fawn morrokide type interior. Hopefully, that'll be the end of this year.

Sweeet indeed bradkline! I love your color. A dark cherry red like that has always been my fav. color. Something that @ twilight time it could look close to black.

How about a shot or two of your interrior or the car with the top down? I'd love to see more of it.

Here's my dad on his 80th birthday with two of his prides and joys.

He is the original owner of the '63 Bonneville with about 34K miles on it. It is a 389 with tripower, bucket seats and 3.08 posi. (He traded his '58 Bonneville, tripower for this car in 1963...Oh, well....).

The '63 Catalina Convertible currently has a 389 tripower setup, bucket seats , eight lugs and 3.42 posi. It will soon have a 421 tripower (correct '63) bored to a 428 with the P-Dude's custom pistons as well as the hurst auto shifter in the console. Both are Yorktown Blue with tri-color interiors. (The convertible also has a matching Blue top).

Ziggy-

That Hood scoop on the 63 - That looks a lot like one I had on a '69 302 fastback mustang! What are the details on that? Looks really nice on that car.

So many nice cars. This is the kind of motivation I need to get on with a project.
