My everyday keychain is the 6.5 logo. I take the key off the start the car so it doesn't scratch up my dash.
A few years ago I snagged a leather key pouch for the dealer my car came from. $3 on eBay and I haven't seen another since. The Ft. Worth location closed in '71 I believe. I've been into collecting stuff from the GM Arlington plant recently. I have a couple stickers and patches. I'm interested because my car was built there, but also because I spent a few years of my youth in Arlington and remember driving by that factory a bunch of times. I grabbed this keychain from the 10th anniversary of the plant off eBay recently. On my list to find is a 25th anniversary keychain from the plant in 1979. Growing up, we had one in our junk drawer we got when we took a tour of the plant. I vaguely remember that tour too.

That's some cool stuff.
I was thinking of getting this one, but too spendy. If I had a high end resto or something, I might buy it. https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/8577...=1&frs=1&sca=1 My daughter sent me the link to the website. I'd never heard of etsy but apparently its a thing. https://www.etsy.com/ca/search?q=keychain%20pontiac%20 |

I have a permanent EBay search going. Every time something from my GTO’s original dealership goes up for sale I get a message. I got this a few years back for my GTO keys.

Same here - I keep getting vintage pics of the dealership owner, but the good stuff is few and far between.

Some keychains/rings I've found/used over the years, nothing special.
Just some new and old, odds & ends.

I just have a row of hooks in the hall closet with a pair of keysets for each car. Have some fobiks with insignia but mostly just ignition, trunk, and house key. Now have two cars the fobik never leaves my pocket.

I am quite partial to this style, or older dealership ones.

I do too. It was given to me several years ago by an elderly salesman who was with the same family owned dealership nearly 50 years, until his recent passing. |

I’m enjoying this key chain/ring thread, a lot of history.
