Someone really wanted it but honestly it’s very nicely done. I guess I look at any car that is built right and think about the time and money to get it there. I like it..

I spoke with a guy (after the fact) who worked on it, apparently it was VERY nicely done...
Between him, and another guy, I understood that car may have included the original drivetrain with the sale.

Smart upgrades, 455 etc. It just proves, 'matching numbers' does not matter to many buyers. It is mainly for shows and snob appeal. Anytime you improve a car with larger engine, smart upgrades, etc value goes up as does fun factor. I own 2 74s. not my favorite year but, neat cars and one is a hatch.

Agree that this '74 is much more appealing than a 350 powered one, and likely a real blast to drive. Super nice looking car, IMO.
