Default Compliance label

Trying to remember what years they switched to the larger white drivers door compliance label....with build date /vin,etc..

Was it 76 or 77?

I found a drivers door.....out back....from a 75 I parted out years ago....and it also has the white one.....so 74 would have been the last year for the blue one.

Is there a GM part # on yours at the bottom?....(the one here is kind of a mess...)
