Default Non Pontiac help

First off (if I had to rely on my electrical knowledge I’d be homeless)
1990 Silverado horn quit working. The button is functioning, I can hear relay under the dash clicking. I changed the relay and did nothing. The horn itself does work as I ran a jumper from the battery.
I see nothing in the fuse box marked “horn”. Any ideas?
Thanks!
