Yep, a lot of nuts out there. The wife and I started road racing bikes 30+ years ago, ever since then the street seems less and less attractive. We plan to keep a couple of smaller displacement track bikes in the garage that we can use for weekend trips to a track somewhere. Allows a person to get the necessary "fix" without breaking speed limits or endangering yourself on the street.
