[QUOTE=25stevem;6332780]See if the dyno your taking the motor to can measure the specific gravity of the fuel you swap to once you get a baseline pull done.

I will inquire, but been told Joey Arrington has one of the most up-to-date dyno shop in the area.

Kind of like Tom one of my local Pontiac buddies had a Canadian Pontiac Acadian he had a 377 SBC(they came with Chevy motors but his was a 6 banger originally) in it aluminum heads. Ran on pump gas. Ran out at track and put race gas in it as all they had and ran 0.3 sec slower.

[QUOTE=Dragncar;6332806]. Do you know how much overlap the cam has ?
I

Dragncar, after reviewing the cam card, it has a reading I don't understand
It's been my thoughts that you add IVO-BTDC # with the EVC -ATDC # to get overlap.
And if I'm understanding this correctly , it's giving me 176,* of overlap, which can't be right.

Overlap is 64° if I'm reading the numbers on your cam card correct. They are a bit blurry.

You add the intake opening point and the exhaust closing point to get the overlap, like you said. I think you got confused with the exhaust centerline (114) typed a bit farther to the right.
