Yes, a shipment of intakes went out Monday, and we will be shipping every week until all orders are filled. You are in this batch of castings, we are machining/shipping 5-6 per week so we should have all orders filled within the next 3 weeks.

I got my UPS tracking number. I'm thankful that these guys are doing this project. I can't imagine the time and energy involved.

Bob you should bring that intake to Norwalk so I can see it. I just hope these guys keep making them long enough that I can buy one. I have to finish my tube chassis car 1st before I can buy one. Priorities really stink sometimes.

Front and Center and easy for everyone to see the intake, Tom. Good Job everyone.

Glad to hear that Tim Benko is still out there selling parts for TRI-POWERS, too.

John and Tom, I just wanted to add my name to the list of satisfied customers!!! I just received my late model bathtub intake this afternoon........but had to wait a few hours before I could open the box. Talk about a kid at Christmas!!!! You see, my wife worked from home today and was hovering around the house this afternoon and I did'nt want her prying eyes over my shoulder. She finally went to watch tv in the other room, and I was into it like a duck on a junebug.
Guys, I have to say it is a work of art!!!! To anyone on the fence about getting one, you won't be disappointed. The packing is overkill. Double coragated box with expandable foam.....awsome job here too. I wish all my packages were like this one. Thanks so much. Jeff Suchma

Bob,the ACs will depend on what carbs you use and how much room you need.If you try to use the 4 in top AFBs they are a 1/2in taller than the 5in top AFBs and the SD type ACs wont fit.Hood clearance is where you want to start.Tom

Here's a link to the initial thread with not all but many post #s that discuss carb height, air cleaners and spacers using Holley or AFB style carbs.

Other useful info includes timing cover, thermostat housing options etc., anyone that owns or is considering one of these intakes might benefit.
