1998 Chevrolet Z28 convertible w/42k miles

My father ordered this car in May, 1997 thru the GM Employee sales program; Seaview Chevrolet goofed and missed the deadline for 97's and he reordered it as a 98 and took delivery late August 1997. 3 years ago he relinquished the keys and gave it to me as a wedding present. I unfortunately cannot take it where I am going.
Basics: 5.7 liter LS1 with 4 speed auto OD and performance package (3.23 gear, aluminum shaft), 4 wheel disc brakes, 16" OEM rims, PDL, PW, AC, criuse, traction control, leather upholstery. Air cleaner replaced with whisper lid and Hooker true 2-1/2" duals added - exhaust has a bit of a bark!
Car was garaged it's whole life - top and paint in superb shape. Drivers seat has a minor rub mark other than that is excellent. Delco cassette replaced defective CD unit. Car drives very nice - no surprises. Tires with good tread but running out of time. Come with sale documents, top boot, bra, factory manuals (owner, repair).
