Besides confirming that no crap is showing up in your oil it’s very reassuring to know that as the miles pile on that nothing is adding friction to the rotating assembly.

Hadn’t thought of that but good point. I did check it when I reassembled everything, with no accessories of course. I want to say I was around 32 ft lbs but I can’t recall for sure off hand.

Half-inch stud, could’ve been. Didn’t pull the heads or cam. Pressure is better but probably not what some would consider a-ok. Time will tell I guess.
