Default Exhaust parts, not complete system

Is there anywhere that sells only parts of an exhaust system for our classics, as opposed to a complete system? I've searched seemingly forever and found nothing. I have one friend with a LeMans (326 V8) and another with a Chevelle (327 V8) and coincidently they need a similar part: The pipes that go from the stock manifolds to the mufflers. I find it odd that they don't list them. The thing is, what if you installed a complete system and then damaged one component? I asked a muffler shop about it and the price that they gave me was ridiculous, for them to bend up something that will likely be not near as good as the factory replica.

I feel your pain. I’ve been trying to find a muffler and two tailpipes for a 77 Camaro, places list them but they’re not available. I’ll have a local guy make it for me.

I see your in Ontario..we have a good local guy that can bend up exact pipes for older cars. He would be about 2hrs away.
