Default 1963 389 Tri Power Car - Mechanical Parts - Searching for USA Made

Hi, I just sold for a friend this very rare 63 Catalina Ventura 389 tri power 4 speed car. The new owner asked me to go through it mechanically. It has lifter noise and of course the timing chain should be replaced as well as the clutch.

I want to buy quality USA made parts and usually source such on E Bay. Are there any suggestions for vendors who might sell USA Made TRW, Sealed Power, etc.? What about engine paint for the 63? Can you recommend a source or color code/brand?

Thank You.

Cloyes Timing Sets are manufactured in Paris , AR. Johnsons valve lifters are made in MI, Sealed Power parts, which are Fel-Pro, Speed-Pro, Champion, Moog, are made all over the world, so most likely parts will be from Mexico, Vietnam, India, China, possibly USA. Have to check each box when it arrives. If your set on USA made parts, NOS and/or allot of research is the only way to know. DupliColor DE-1610 is a decent match on engine color. Looks like a nice car.
