Default Restoration / Detail Pics?

Anyone have a collection posted online or could email / upload to me? I'm quickly realizing I did not take near enough pics while doing my engine bay detail. Any photos would be appreciated. 70, A/C car.

I don't have any to begin with because I bought my car disassembled!
PaulatFast has been great for letting me walk around his parts and projects cars and seeing what I need to do.

I think the restoration manual is going to give me everything I need but would still be interested in some 70 engine detail pics...

I just finished my resto on my 70 GTO. One owner 28k miles. I kept it as I found it and I beleive the engine compartment is about as original as you'll find (I'm bragging ) I'll try and post some later today

It looks to me like my tranny vacum line setup to the motor is a little different than I see in your pic. Anyone else have the line going to the intake and the carb line capped off. Basically opposite of what I see in this pic?

What's interesting is when I compare the line I took off to the new line it appears the line was installed the opposite direction and I wonder if that is why it went to a different location.

Also, where does the outside line of the "valve" (that round thing to the left of the carb in the pic with the 2 lines off of it) go? I see in the one pic it goes into the fender next tot he washer bottle.

Did all 70s have that bracket at the back of the compressor? Mine didn't have one, saw that in the resto manual but I didn't have one.

Hmm, what else...

Did all cars come with the filler panel ahead of the core support? I'm missing the tapped whole to screw into at the a/c side corner, seems odd.

Ok, one last one for now. Where do I find the A/C hoses? I can't seem to find them locally, does PY carry them? I need the dryer to heater box / and the two hoses off the compressor.

Thanks in advance and thanks for the pics so far!

The vacume line leads to the delayed vacume break canistor (small black ball shaped) this mounts on the inner fender wall. You can not see in photo. The service manual will help you here. It even shows the routing of vacume lines with an a/c setup. As well as other vacume lines. As for the tranny vacume line I installed it as it was originally done and explained in manual

Hmm, interesting, I don't have a service manual. ANy way you can scan the a/c setup for me and send?

Sorry I don't own a scanner, Anyone out there? I would strongly recommend a service manual (think I paid $30.00) It's a must.

No worries, I think I see what you mean from the resto manual, just trying to figure out why mine came apart differently than what I'm seeing.
