I am still waiting to have someone tell me what this fan is & for. It has 6 blades & on the back side of it has like another fan blade attached to it that looks like it would lift up at speed. It has a shape like an airplane propeller with a few holes in it for air to go threw it ??? It is as it appears to be stainless steal blades , both of them. Thanks Rex. I can post a pic of it if it's going to an email address as it won't go in this site.

Rex, it's not a 5 blade flex fan! (nor is it a 7 blade stainless flex fan, like used on a Sprint 6 Bird).
The steel clutch fans from late '60's Pontiac A, B, G series are VERY common. If you'd like your fan positively ID'ed, feel free and post the topic and a few pics in the big car/GP forum. The above post is a wanted for a SPECIFIC 5 blade factory flex fan, the 480033.
