Single turbo questions

Does anyone made a single turbo header kit ? I have a custom kit that I made years ago and i am not sure if it’s efficient enough , my concern is that the drivers side exhaust has to flow into a turbo log and I wonder if it creates to much back pressure ? Also I run a 3.5 downpipe the splits into dual 3” full exhaust pipes is that big enough ?
