Tires

This may be a long shot but I'm looking for 2 tires. I have 2 brand new ones looking for two more. They dont have to be new but in excellent cond. They are Goodyear custom Polysteel Radials with a white stripe measuring 3/4 in. 225/75/14. Not sure how old they are.There are DOT #'s MMHD, then E90r359 also a 4 digit # 1426 and the other 1804. Don't know what any of these mean.
